Question:  If you sit down at a Poker table, with a stack of chips, and after the first 4 hands, your stack is less than half of what it was when you first sat down, how much money have you lost?

Like the dining room table, kitchen counters, living room tables etc.

Hi Carlos, since best option is off table and now you need to look for a new buyer maybe try relisting it with an agent who has good network and understanding of what the goals in this transaction are. you never going to get the dollar-to-dollar value that you put into the property, and we are not even considering the time and headache.

Those are all basic criteria for many of us...table stakes. 

Handing over your keys and responsibility of a home to someone who brought nothing to the table is super risky and if it falls through, it will be your responsibility again, and you won't have anything to cover yourself with.
