I've posted to Zillow, FB Marketplace, and Avail (and therefore its syndicate sites) and have had lots of views and saves on the Zillow statistics, but only one inquiry/tour requested.

I'm done rental comps through Zillow, FB Marketplace and here on BP and it seems we could get between $1900-2500 for our SFH so we thought we would start on the high end and see what happens.I can't find the KPI test online but I've done the MBTI (on the Shorewest site) and the DISC personality quizzes and I feel encouraged that my skills and personality will be a good fit but of course also very curious to give it a try and see how I do in the long run, maybe I will be exposed to other roles that would fit as well.

Besides using the built-in free listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, I also post the listing on Facebook Marketplace. 

Hi @Austin JonesI'm a certified ProAdvisor for both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero.

If you're property is listed on Zillow, FB Marketplace etc., you should be getting enough volume of leads if the price is even somewhat attractive.

I would highly recommend FB marketplace and also joining local FB real estate, rental, and leasing groups. 

@Trevor Lohman - Yeah, the type of home assisted living I am wanting to start does not provide trained medical care such as nurses but individuals that have been certified by Colorado (QMAP) to take care of individuals in need.

Facebook marketplace for all the furniture is a move too.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

If you are still not finding what you are looking for, you may have to begin researching how to find off-market deals.Don’t forget that BP has its own marketplace where you just might find what you’re looking for.
