Easy to clean, easy to repair, and tenants take their area rugs (and dirt) with them when they leave.Suggestion: when you are doing kitchens and baths, try comparing ceramic tiles over vinyl planks.

.- When houses have hardwood floors throughout, we refinish those in a natural finish (just poly/no stain), and then do a groutable vinyl tile floor, or ceramic tile in the bathrooms.- Use a grey or greige paint for an updated look.

It is tempting because of the price but you will be replacing it in 3 years so it is better to just tile and ceramic and be done with it.
