Here are my thoughts:Small banks/credit unions - A lot of upfront work to build the relationship and I may not have enough volume to justify the effort.Small hedge funds - My gut feeling is that by the time that tape gets to the individual investor, most of the “cream” has been skimmed off.

I went with a light cream/white color to match the trim in the house.

Stick to cream, off whites, grays for colorAnother tip: I used brushed nickel finishes because they are a lot more "water friendly" Black and chrome fixtures can look awful if they are not constantly cleaned.

BRRR remote is one of the absolute riskiest things an investor can do.. a lot of folks pull it off but many dont and you never hear from those folks.. its crickets when their core 4 cream team failed them  :)  keep at it..

The house is pre-1940 and the walls are cream city brick so I'm afraid it'll be a little more complex, however, I'll get multiple quotes and opinions prior to beginning the project.
