I've refined and updated my buy box, currently SF detached houses built since year 2000, with 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths, central air, and 2 car garages, in areas with good schools, low crime and economic growth. 

Kinda like car shopping and you know nothing about how an engine works but open the hood anyway to look at the engine.  

They’ll probably just be walking from the home to their car and back each day.

If I crash into your car with my car, and you sue me, I know why you are doing that. 

That’s probably not what’s going on here, but lots of folks have had bad experiences or know someone who has.Woah woah woah, hold-up, stop the car right there, hold on, back it on up buckaroo..... 

I also have zero debt (student loans paid off, bought and paid off multiple cars, etc), but my credit score isnt amazing just mostly cause of lack of accounts (lets call it around 620 fico 8, higher on credit karma).

If you went to a car dealership to look at cars, would you want a salesman trying to push you into buying by offering you 3 options? 

I purchased an SFR in Sacramento, it's currently a studio over a 3 car garage.  

I didn't owe anything, but I had sold my car to someone who racked up several thousand in parking fines and then promptly disappeared so they tried to flip the charges back on me as I was the only one left with money to collect.I called an attorney who sent them a cease and desist letter along with a warning that they would be liable for substantial damages if they ever contacted me again (and we would sue if they did).
