Again, other might feel differently here.b) Skin in the game: as a conservative investor, I understand that the dirty secret of industries that the waterfall compensation is in the line with me and incentivizes sponsors to take more risk.

For the second property, I had to walk away... you know the undisclosed waterfall in the house type of situation.  

Before this Corona virus there was a housing shortage, and after this craziness has calmed  there will still be that need for housing and most likely even more of a demand than before.

I know things are very strange here in Oregon with the stay home order, but once it calms down I would like the opportunity to meet and talk with you.
