Im familiar with Nimius, In fact I met the owner of the company a few weeks ago at a local meetup and a lot of people I trust would recommend them, so I think this might be a case of "you cant get blood from a stone" Th best piece of advice I can give for both of you would be to check out some of the local REI groups.

You’re dropping your price too fast and now you have the stink of desperation on you.The buyers agents smell blood and are now going to let you panic some more before offering 100k to see if you’re truly desperate enough to take it.This is why everyone needs to price their properties correctly the first time and let a bidding war push the price up and not get dragged into the bargain basement.
