So, you can find successful hosts pretty much everywhere but I'm interested in what the average host makes because I have to be conservative in my assumptions.If you have friends who are hosting successfully there, I'm not sure why you don't ask them your questions.

For example, If I wanted to use 1/2 of it to do private lending, but not all of it, can I just conservatively invest the other 1/2?

heart and home manages all zips of Central Ohio they don't discriminate, they work with out of state, and they do medium term. they are conservative that's who I recommend

Title companies are very conservative and will let you know if there are issues with the tax foreclosure etc.

Other notes: - Tenants that pay for their water usage are more likely to be more conservative on the usage and also inform you about any maintenance issues as opposed to a tenant that does not pay for water and let's a running toilet, or a small leaky pipe under the sink, go unmentioned. - I don't know a lot about Condo Conversions however if shared meter, can just wrap that into monthly Condo Fees Hope this helps!

Without experiencing a single positive transaction from inception to completion they'll tell everyone they know or who will read about it online how wonderful the investment is, how impressed they are with the syndicator, how "conservative" they are, etc.
