When I see a last-minute suggestion of bankruptcy in a docket, I avoid bidding on that property because I assume that the foreclosure sale will be canceled, even if it initially proceeds.

All these PMCs are essentially bidding on a job, like a contractor would, and the ones that have responded have had no issues in asking us to set up a time to meet.

On large repairs like a roof replacement I would still want to get a bid of my own.It comes down to trust, if you don't have that trust with your PM then you might shop for another PM.
