Now you are telling me my critique of of your business model "gives you motivation".

@Michael James Hamlin I'm a former tax accountant/business consultant turned fix n flipper and investor friendly agent. 

When you do the turnkey offerings to completely new investors like that, you're going to end up working with a lot of inexperienced investors who blame the turnkey operator for things that are a normal part of the property management business.

I am learning in the real estate business as well but in the Kentucky/Tennessee Market!

Property management is a "nickle" and "dime" business.  

Spring and summer are busy. 

I also ran my own roofing business one summer of college.

But thelargest facility with 1/2 the business is 4 miles out of town bythemselves.c.There is a town that is Fully Saturated.

So some may say $30k is not worth it but I know others that launched successful syndication businesses from it.
