There are a few Niche investment types like section 8, assisted living, sober houses, etc.

But I was also sent a document stating that a county housing assistance program was guaranteeing the tenants security deposit (which was accepted by the current landlord) but not for the full lease term because the tenant is no longer receiving assistance and that the guarantee would only be until 2/2025. 

I’d list them each empty and individually.

We bought lists of homes and sold them off individually.

Is there a report that says lower priced homes are more likely to have a seller assistance?

I just had a vacancy come up in the middle of a fourplex escrow and the seller had the unit re-rented in under a week for $50/more per month. 6) Yes it's hot, but with individual metering the landlord doesn't foot the electric bill 7) Yes the market is competitive here, but mostly for 3/4 unit properties.
