The corridors are vinyl but they look brown and you feel like walking on 'carpet' of animal poop.

The dog is friendly and well taken care of (I judge people by how they treat their animals).

Finding a nest of rare animals is astonishing.Finding human remains or similar situation is creepy.

Second, I'm not sure about the ARV as I am currently a buy and hold investor, therefore, I'm not looking to improve the property to sell, but to make it a desirable living place...which I learned quickly are two totally different animals.

With the increasing number of internet sites that will "certify" service animals, regardless of their legitimacy, it does concern me.
