Jermaine here Can't speak for any other states but I represented our LLC in an eviction last August in VA, if it a"cut and dry" eviction I always represent our company.PS you can also have your PM take care of your eviction in VA.

You can do it as a licensed salesperson, under your company's brokerage, but the payments have to be through your brokerage and they are going to take a cut.
