I say waterfront and Charleston but the home is a little but away from downtown and the 'waterfront' is to a large tidal creek from the Ashley River.

I plan to live in this property and ride the equity wave while paying down the principal.

If not, keep buying up the rest of Richmond and you likely won't be upset about "missing out" on the Manchester wave.

We are in a boom economy right now and it will not stay this way forever so if I were you (and I was 26 years ago) I would work as much as you can and earn all you can right now and ride this wave (which I did) so you can do whatever you want whenever you want in the future (like I do now).
