I was just pointing out that most companies do not accept cash. and its legal and not something a judge in judge judy's court is going to ding you about if its clearly in your lease.One of my vendors who has a few hundred D,C,B class they take cash gladly.but on the flip side one of the PM's that worked for one of the early day TK operators ( circa 2002)  would not way take cash it would get out on the street and the next thing you know they are being robbed at gun point..

@Judy Parker Thank you so much for taking your time and responding.I am new in this business and I get worried easily.I dont mind if she is trying to use the security deposit.I wish these tenants could think about our situation.Its very disrespectful when someone don’t respond.They wont understand what we go through until they own their house and have a tenant in their house.

@Sean Cole - remember that there are two addresses to each record, especially for absentee owners, the situs address (the address of the property) and the mailing address (where the owner asked to have their tax bill sent).
