It has great bones with prioritized fund clauses and other pro-landlord terms to help you in an eviction.I also suggest that you skim the CA fair housing info that you should be able to find on your county's court website.Lastly, I really like some clauses on Landlordology.com just search the site for lease clauses.Hope that helps.

No money down possibilities- Identify title companies in your area and what they can provide; prioritize- Identify contractors, agents, lawyers (talk to them personally and find out what they're about); identify reputation - Financials: is your business going to establish it's own credit and ways to find funding without your personal funds?

But we are prioritizing our down payment fund at this time.

I also would want to prioritize my family over everything as I start this journey, so developing this system to help run things is a major key. 

Once you understand that, you know what roles you need to prioritize filling first to grow your company.
