This entity does NOT generally file a separate federal return and all of the activity from it gets reported on your personal return and will undoubtedly also be shown on your state income tax return (depending on your state requirements, as some states have no individual tax return requirements).For IRS purposes (and many states) by default, a LLC that's owned by two or more people (except for husband and wife in a community property state), is usually taxes as a partnership and it has to file a partnership tax return.A LLC can also elect to be taxed as a corporation and even as an S corporation, but that's too complicated of a topic for this discussion.Even if you wind up having a Disregarded Entity, many states might have annual filing requirements (such as California, Texas, Nevada and many others).

I am sure we both want all votes counted and want fair elections and can agree that fake news and misinformation is dangerous on both sides.Election votes totals change as provisional ballots the day of are tabulated as well as active soldiers ballots are accepted ten days after election day as long as they are postmarked by election day.

I believe this is against Amendment X of the Colorado Constitution, otherwise known as the Colorado Taxpayer Bill of Rights which reads ‘ 4) Required elections.

Well...the Dayton Dragons baseball team has the most consistent sold out games of any sporting team in North America (startling fact), Warped Wing opened a second location, and a half dozen other breweries are now open in the city...Boston Stoker coffee is totally awesome and has several new locations (this is important because it's a key indicator for the successful revitalization of many cities...beer-food-coffee is key)...there is a river front development that is reminiscent of Columbus (which was awarded best on the country), there is big inner-city revitalization...I saw a developer by the name of Simms pre-sell 24 $500k "Brownstone" townhouses in the center of downtown (unheard of in Dayton)...there are 30 renovation projects going on downtown...and they now have a full time staff on the streets to keep the city clean...the population is on the increase for the first time since 1964....I mean this is pretty superficial, but it's every bit as important as economic indicators...there is a lot more to this...There are still "war zones" in abundance in Dayton and it's the Opiate Overdose capital of the USA...but getting better rapidly...just proceed with caution if you elect to invest there...a local subject matter expert is a must!
