There are a lot of factors that need to be evaluated when considering multi family (Separate meters, age of roof(s), a/c's, what is age of property, could it have poly plumbing, Chinese drywall, federal pacific electric panels,etc. 

Inspection revealed federal pacific electric panels and mostly non grounded 2 prong outlets.  

Cathay Pacific just canceled the portion of the trip going from Hong Kong to Bali.So, I'll need to do my research, probably fly into Liberia and explore the north part of the country for two weeks, then the mid and southern part of the country the last 2 weeks.I've been to Jaco Beach before and liked it. 

It seems duplexes in the Pacific Northwest are priced up so high, everyone must be onto this idea of buying a duplex to the point of hiking up the numbers up so much that no money is left there to be made. 

For instance, I was able to take several years of sailing classes on both single hull and catamarans because the school I attended owned  a dock in a harbor adjoining the pacific ocean. 

We have looked into two Companies, Property Professionals Hawaii llc and Pacific Isle Properties but both of them have very bad reviews in Google... any one familiar with a reliable property management in this area??
