Has anyone done their 3 day boot camp? 

I'm a new BP member in Tampa, recently moved back from Sydney Australia, currently looking for my next rental property and have set a goal of 18 months to my first apartment complex.On my off time I am a homeschooling mom of 3 little ones who enjoys reading non fiction, canoeing and camping. 

One loan I have can’t increase by more than 1.5% every 7 years so I don’t have to worry about it turning into a 20% loan overnight.

You have to wait until Tuesday for parts because the supply house doesn’t have those parts on a shelf yet and have to overnight them.

Maybe a different way of thinking of things--- but since I thought about this 2 weeks ago- my banking relationships have improved almost overnight... 

I remember hearing stories about people camping outside of new construction communities so they could buy homes as soon as they opened the doors for business lol.

Generally accepted contract (look at the lease people sign daily with apartments) "three times" means overnight stays.

Code requires you to have an ancillary heat source - ours typically fire during 2-3 weeks in the dead of winter when overnight lows get down below -30C and the daytime highs do not climb above -20C.

The city hear has occupancy laws (2 bedroom =6 max overnight guests, 3 bedroom=8 max overnight guests etc).

There is 1 in Camp Hill, 2 in Harrisburg, 1 in Lancaster, 1 in York 1 in Lebanon.
