Hi @Joe Tran, I would love to try and attend but I am doing a getaway trip for wine tasting up in Walla Walla with a group of us. 

Oddly they didn't ban it for the vast vineyards that supply much of the grapes for CA wines. 

I thought you meant Wine Wine Wine.  

If/when you do rent it, give your realtor a nice bottle of wine, thank them, and let them know they will be part of your next venture.

In my particular market of high end condo conversions we are looking for tech based units such as Nest and surround sound features, pot fillers and wine/beverage bars in kitchens, and heavy doors and more luxurious hardware throughout the house.You should do a tour of a lot of properties in the condos/homes in that area and you'll start to get a sense of the theme of what the consumer demands in your particular market.

Add the extra touches such as snacks or beer/wine for your guests and keep your 5 star rating. 

No matter how good a property manager is, they can't turn water in to wine and make good tenants want to live in bad neighborhoods.
