Construction is mainly CMU, Concrete, and Steel (at least for my projects), and there is a bottle neck of those resources as only few supply the area.

Getting it under market value would be a bonus.So, would using an FHA 203k renovation loan, which would allow me to buy something unqualified for a standard mortgage, which would weed out a lot of competition and push the price lower.

For the first few, having a GC work with me, I think it will allow me to get a better understanding of how to recognize scope of work.That said, how much are GCs charging for home flips?
