It has some minor structural issues and all systems would need replacing/developing however I'm a bit afraid of opening up this can of worms with the local building dept and really I need to make sure I'm asking the right questions.We are not intimidated by the repairs needed and have some innovative solutions to be able to retrofit newer systems into the cabin.

Love to hear some innovative ideas for teaching our kids how it all works.My main two ideas so far are:1. when they want a decent-sized purchase (say $100ish) outside of bday/xmas, have them read a book along the lines of Millioniare Next Door/RichDadPoorDad and write me a book report2. gradually pay them to manage my local properties.

Orlando and Emerald Coast are the two standouts.I launched in Orlando mid-October and have been doing awesome. 12k gross in Nov and 17k in Dec for a well themed house in one of the resort communities.Considering picking up a place in the Emerald Coast this year as well.
