I am located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I wouldn’t want to purchase or manage STR’s in an area that is unregulated because there is a higher risk associated with the laws changing and then you’re SOL with your investment….take NYC for example or Dallas.

I did buy another property in Dallas in October 2020 remotely.

I am excited to join the Bigger Pockets Pro Community, cominatcha from the Dallas area. 

Texas is a common choice among my CA investor friends despite the high property taxes - San Antonio and Dallas, haven't heard too much about Austin. 

I've been searching for effective ways to attract cash/end buyers in the Dallas area, and I just wanted to know - WHAT do YOU, the investor, look for and what attracts you to a deal? 

I'm down in Dallas at the moment.
