My siblings and I created an LLC to do flips and buy and holds.

Perhaps where your parents/sibling live where someone could lend a hand and put eyes on the property if needed?  

Just curious because my siblings (who I will be making my recommendation to) will likely ask, though I’ll certainly reach out either way to see if they might be a fit! 

My siblings and I are looking into creating a trust for the property.

Cops showed up, said its a civil thing and left.I take care of a sibling.

However, the seller in this case is 4 siblings.
