Appraiser Recommendations for Central FL

Hello! I'm looking for property appraiser recommendations in the Seminole County area of Central Florida. Ideally, this person/firm would have experience with residential, commercial, and vacant land, as well as the eminent domain principle of "highest and best use." The appraisals will need to be tied to the date of death of owner (September 2019), as this is part of an estate that needs to close by December 2020. All appraisals will need to be completed by the end of October 2020. I'd appreciate any leads you might have or friends of friends who have good recommendations!

Usually, national commercial brokers have in-house MAI-certified appraisers.  I know Colliers and CBRE do (not an endorsement, just saying).
