Due to the Hurricane there will be a small window where sales are not as abundant and the market analysis will reflect lower numbers again due to the storm and lack of sales.

There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH.

There is still a major short of inventory so I wouldn't expect an abundance of deals any time soon.

Many of the posters I see here on BP come from the consumer "scarcity" mentality instead of the entrepreneurial abundance mentality.

There's an abundance of foreign money, 1031 exchange money, people cashing out of the stock market, etc etc.

You look for markets where this property profile is found in abundance.  

Wealth to me means an abundance and balance in life.Not just in dollars but also health wise, spiritually, relationship wise, philanthropy.At the end of all you can't take it with you but you can look back at your body of work and how you impacted lives and tried to make the world a better place and helped your family on a path to their goals and dreams moving forward.People need to look at all aspects of their lives as investments.
