If the Seller were getting $10,000 from the sale, you could pay 50% at closing and the remainder when they deliver possession.What you don't want is for them to stay in the property and require eviction or for them to haul off all the appliances, doors, and cabinets on their way out.

Both of these water leaks damaged the kitchen base cabinets (brand new and installed in Aug 2017) resulting in moldly cabinets along the inside bases, damaged water resistance vinyl laminate floors in kitchen, damage to living room wood laminate floors, and a bedroom with moldy carpet due to leak from the the hole in bath tub.

I have a person for kitchen cabinet/countertop work, looking for general contractor can put electrical, bathroom together; carpenter/painter as well as on going maintenance.The quotes I got are either ridiculously high or they are booked till next year.
