Therefore, I'd like to branch out in a bigger way, to play match-maker for these vacant lands & acreage.How would you recommend building such a buyers list?  

With a block chain, who is going to step up to resolve the issues and reimburse the losing party?

Make sure you see if they are getting the leads directly through their own marketing or through daisy chain..     

Most of the major chains are there, so that should tell you something.
