We aren't doing anything wrong, so I pretty much just ignore the bitterness and end with an "OK, well let me know if I can help in any way, I've been in the business 14 years, feel free to keep my info if you have any real estate related questions down the road.

Unfortunately most of the folks on BP don't want to hear the bitter truth.

So I guess I am getting a bit bitter that all these slack asses put liens on my home over an above the bid amount and here I am carrying 120K of money and cannot do anything about it...or can I is the question?

I think you're nothing but a bitter individual with an axe to grind for no reason.

Here in the South, it is a bit more bitter and emotional.

If an area has bitter winters, the spring increase in response comes later in the year.Your message and the medium (postcard vs. letter even) will affect response rates.  

You guys are all stuck on systems and guru talk...seriously, it is obvious that some of you have been burnt and that is fine...don't be bitter, and don't pretend to have learned everything from BP it has not been around that long and the blogs have not been that developed as long and for bill "financexmainer" starting in the 70's things was a lot easier then...the fact is a quality mentor is priceless.

But I know many people who haven't invested over the last few years because of the cartels and who bitterly regret it given what the market has done there.As to the government, I'm not sure what your issue is and when you lived there.
