A woman recently said on Facebook that she wishes more realtors could find a US assistant instead.I'm going to take another leap and guess that when her post said "sent from a mobile device", that it was an iPhone, Android, or other modern smart phone that was made overseas.

Guessing some sort of list feed is no longer working.The hybrid app portion of it works fine but it's not nearly as user friendly.Using version 3.9 for Android.

Ideally she needs an android or ios app with cloud sync to desktop that would allow her to enter her daily expenses and also register contacts, appointments, register by value potentials, register confirmed deals with expected pay out dates and therefore be able to run reports and track her expected payouts against the dreaded known expenses (rent, mortgage, medical etc).

It's an app you can find on Google Play app store for Android phones (I'm sure it's available on the Apple app store, too) that basically adds a second phone number to your existing cell phone that you can text, talk, and set up a seperate voicemail from.
