At first, I thought maybe I should start as a bird dog since it's easier, but then you look at the details, you only collect hundreds of dollars as a bird dog, while you can earn thousands by just doing some contractual work.

I hope to have notice of it on BP by Friday.I'm tweaking the technique a bit: advertising it for about 3 weeks, rather than 5 days, advertising it nationwide, rather than just the local area (we do get snow birds), and offering separate inspection periods for people with EI/MCS, because of their needs.

Otherwise refer them to somebody who can make money and just collect your bird dog fee.I'm a wholeseller in NJ and have a system set up to deal with the 90% of leads I get which have no equity.
