I find DSCR most lenders are 8 to even 9% for max leverage on 5+ right now.

And right now the bigger cabins are not a good cash flow play but might be a great equity play when you look back in two to three years.  

Just because you're doing your own now, doesn't mean you will always.

In your example above now your debt goes from 3000 a month to 3250 a month. so, your DTI HAS gone up but only to 32.5% from 30%.

First it was with Citizens insuarnec, now with Menatee insurance, before Citizens it was SLide insurance...He said Citizens changed my policy to Menatee.How come Citizens does not change policy on the house we live in?

I can get it with a DSCR loan now and would not live in it initially, but would want to eventually move into it 6-12 months down the road.
