Hopefully you show some profit there.In order to count income from the condo that you're moving out of, the lender will most likely require a lease and evidence of receipt of security deposit and first month rent. 

You could charge a small amount to begin with and if you find evidence of them smoking inside there could be larger fines.

There was a hail storm this spring and evidently that has kept them so busy that even highly rated (expensive) contractors wont even call me back.  

The only way I would report anyone is if I had clear evidence of wrongdoing.
