In general I say its a personal preference and there is no right or wrong here, just what works best for you. 

Its a pretty flexible platform also especially if you are self managing.  

Money has to come from somewhere so where will it come from.issue will be if they increase sales tax it will be regressive tax as those who rent and don't own and have low wages will still pay more for everything.

Before you invest in cost segregation, you need to figure out whether it will help you.

The market here is def short on inventory so most likely it will sell quickly.Either way, always happy to connect with a local RVA investor!

In the past, tenants at this location have always used it as is, without modification.

Does it have to be a lawyer where the properties are or can be anywhere.
