Where do you advertise properties for sale/rent (assuming You're not working with a realtor and you do not have access to the MLS.)

Kept a list of people who posted or advertised for cleaning of rentals.

Hi Chanelle,I see this in the media sometimes: "one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the country".What makes a city into that and how do they rank the cities.I mean in days gone by, they used to arrest these people as law breakers, but I am under the impression that the Federal Government prohibits that now.So it seems all places should be equal in their treatment of them--with no MOST type of situation.I'm thinking it might just be some kind of advertising ploy to draw certain people to certain areas for whatever (financial) reasons (such as to benefit Aids Hospices in the area or something).

People need an agent who is willing to do whatever it takes, and an agent who will be aggressive in their advertisement, marketing, and negotiation.
