Seller Financing Apartments - New to RE Investing
I am new to RE investing and need some help from all the experienced guys. My brother and I are very much so in the research phase, but do know we want to get into apartments. We have really gravitated towards the idea of seller-financing. We are curious to know if anyone is having success with lenders agreeing to 100% LTV financing.
Has anyone had success having some combination of bank and seller financing to get 100% LTV or close to it?
If so, who are the lenders that are willing to do this and what strategies do we need to be aware of?
Thanks so much!
