Hello.I am looking to connect with Edmonton multifamily investors as I am looking to transition into that market.

It can be an easy transition but you will need to do your due diligence on the above first.

However, within the near future my partner will complete medical residency and transition to a job where our household income will nearly double.

Also the property management company I took over did little to help the transition.

Recently more operators are transitioning to new construction to get a better return compared to the traditional acquisition model.
