So I was talking to a broker that owns a property listed on the MLS in Mesa, Az.I was conversing with him to learn his how and why in investing.I later introduced seller financing as my go to option for obtaining a deal with him, and he laughs at it saying, ''no one in this world would seller finance a property that cash flows.

Some HMLs/private lenders don't have credit score requirements.This makes sense as your credit score is a good indicator of long-term creditworthiness, but in the short term (like the typical term length of a hard money loan) factors like liquidity are more predictive of timely repayment.Best,Michael Most hard money lenders also don't use your SS to obtain the loan since they usually qualify the property, not the borrower.
