The purchase price of the property, and what I intend to be a similar price of properties I expect to purchase in the future, is around $70K (I will buy SFH from 70-100K).

The plan would be to then use that LLC to buy any future properties/land for myself or rental properties. 

It takes someone really smart and really well studied to see where the future is. 

Good job at predicting the future.

Maybe once this one is done, I'll find another, but my grandpa is charging me a lot to borrow the money and I'm not sure how sustainable it will be.

I'm not sure if I should pursue that avenue, which will give me a high earnings potential and therefore allow me to qualify for more loans in the future, or just take the $40k I have and jump into a real estate career.

Seems like there's a big push by the state of MA to get more properties deleaded so hopefully that leads to a more transparent process in the future.
