I'm very appreciative of any support I get.I talked to the floor guy and he's going to do a test spot on his dime.If the test spot works, then he'll do the rest.

It's about $209 at most stores and supports 50 gallons a year.

Anyway, want this situation to be legally tight and need support for writing the contracts and the closing.

But other than those few with a finger on the pulse of rising foreclosures or the preponderance of risky mortgage products, the only real evidence to support a bubble burst was a long steady march up in values.

It's clicky, be sure to look up rental license requirements as it states you must either live in the area or contract PM with a local provider, even local regulations support how clicky it is. 

All the support is making me feel so much more confident on this deal.

Talk about whether or not they would want to be involved in the businessPerhaps your significant other is supportive of your REI dreams/goals but they may not want to be an active business partner.
