The ideal property is one that meets the needs of the market, especially in terms of amenities, spaces and fittings and fixtures.

I got cold feet after the inspection revealed issues in the bottom unit including the 2 gas space heaters not functioning (going into winter), the flooring caving into a sinkhole in the kitchen without the ability to determine cause, and all the drains outside leading to the sewer were collapsed causing fear of flooding.

He was very bullish on Redfin Direct in Twitter Spaces the other day -- especially how it relates to the future of real estate transactions.As a real estate brokerage ourselves (homsby) -- I think this is great for the consumer. 

Building a solid team seems to be a big theme of thriving and surviving in this space.

Theyre more common in smaller spaces.

That said, in the back of the property, we have some space to add sq footage and think we can squeeze in a bedroom and bathroom, turning one of the units into a 2BR/2BA!

Has anyone converted their garage into a living space?
