central AC or mini splits for quadplex
Looking to add central AC to 4 unit building. Each unit currently only has radiator heating. Should I add ductwork and HVAC or add mini split “ductless” systems? Area is mid/high end (Washington DC) and comps all have central Air. Love the knowledge on BP and I should have been using this forum all these years! Thanks!
