The robosigners weren't signing notes, they were signing affidavits (that are also supposed to be notarized, so the bank employees who were the notaries didn't follow proper procedures either) that stated "the facts" of the matter that was going to foreclosure.

Changing the locks is bad advice and probably illegal like here in Texas unless certain procedures are followed...which include leaving notice where the tenant can get a key.

It's not unreasonable since numbers in the South are going up, but did your agent explain the procedures and they can do once a week showings within a two hour window and everyone will have masks and gloves and only one group in at a time?

As a first step, on Monday, in addition to calling any "I buy" ppl i see on the paper or on the road, I'll get in touch with a title company to get familiar with the contracts I'll use here in AZ and the closing procedures.
