Hi,Is there anyone that could help with delayed financing on a personal deal.

So, this is not about evading risk but to keep my business and personal dealings separate.Thoughts? 

They always, at least from what I've seen, are for personal home only though.

But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.

Most just pay them a commission which puts that person at risk.

I'll probably take the other person's advice and go directly to the state. 

I finally spoke with my friend and asked for permission to post this because she deserves some sort of say. she is terrified for her life considering Marcus got his associate to threaten her life. shes an older lady who was just looking for a home to enjoy the rest of her life in to do her bit of gardening.

What I would do is tell them you sold it and person moving in once mom moves out. they will never know that you did not sell it. 

Personally, I do not believe these fees are in the best interest of the owner and we do not charge mark ups on maintenance.
