However, other than the 10% of management fee,  they have all sorts of charges, on board fee, PM cancellation fee (within 6 months), mark up fee, over hour fee, using their credit cards fee, negative balance interest fee, just name a few.

We started using OwnerRez in August 2022.There were quite a few steps to configure when we onboarded, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle on my own using their documentation and help articles.Tech support is outstanding. 

Downtown Miami also makes me wary, because it seems like all of the new condo construction projects coming on board in the next 2 years will be set up for Airbnb.
