Giant waste of time and money.

Your costs will vary depending on if you're willing to let the project go slow over 3-5 days with a mom and pop team, or 1 day with a giant crew (one group to strip it, one group to build it).

Lastly, it looks like you're a contractor, so it'd be a shame to waste that tool in your toolbelt on out of state investing where you're realistically not able to do the work yourself. 

There are also a few colleges between Buffalo and Rochester to consider (RIT being a notable one).

We often see 5-10 acre parcels of rural land being listed as 'not able to be subdivided.'

But it also takes a lot more work to be thrifty than just placing a giant retail order and assembling some furniture.

Early on we lived in a giant victorian house with a basement.

My overseas travels always remind me how much more simply we Americans could live if we chose to - and less financially controlled by these giant houses and massive amounts of stuff we allow to eat up our funds...)
