I find it hilarious how all you out-of-town folks think you're finding these AMAZING deals in Columbus low-end neighborhoods that local folks, incredibly, aren't buying.

It's going to be terrible news for folks that are leveraging to the hilt on commercial real estate with other people's money.

A lot of folks bid those properties way!

Good to see folks with  backbone .  

Have an "Open House" on the first one, walk around the neighborhood and personally hand an invitation to the folks that live there.

Yet I think folks should stay local when they been buying local.  

I just wanted to be in a place that met what my wife and I wanted for our family and that I felt had a good mix of like-minded folks into REI.

My tools aren't compliant as advertising, so I can't post it publicly or share it with folks out of state.

You can always get advice on hard money folks from the REIA  groups, but the mortgage and wealth management folks can make introductions to private investors once you get your feet wet and are ready to move in that direction.
