We keep the major systems running well - electrical, plumbing, roof, mechanicals - but expect sheetrock repairs, missing/broken windows and screens, painting, carpet repair/replacement, junk haul-out and major cleaning when a tenant leaves.

There is a contractor around here, he uses an Amish crew, they pick up these junk trash cans and strip them, wood is recycled and they haul it for scrap, as they should IMO.An 8' wide trailer is fine for an RV or a deer camp, it is by no stretch of the imagination considered suitable housing.
