I have done similar things on the job where I had to borrow a neighbors outlet but there is no way I'd leave a bad electrical wire in the ground a second longer than it needs to be.  

Mainly I have been a stay at home mom for 20 years, but my kids are grown and out, we have recently moved here to Michigan and I am looking for an outlet for my skills and passions.

So your first unit you might have several thousand in just securing a permit to add an outlet in the kitchen.Your best bet is to do some legwork your self.

My tenant requested if I can install a 220volt outlet in the garage.

Some easy DIY to use in your landscaping plan: Applying the best organic weed/feed treatment for your area during this spring season to encourage a lush lawn, mow every 10-21 days (depending on rainfall and growth rate), use an edger along the hard surfaces of your lawn (along the driveways, sidewalks, porches, etc. which gives your lawn a more defined look), trim hedges and trim limbs back from property (discourages insects and birds from trying to find entries into the property), replace and put down fresh mulch/pinestraw around trees, flower beds, bushes, and shrubs.Please let me know if that helps.Best to you!

There has been significant growth in jobs over the last couple years from several new fulfilment centers as well as a brand new outlet mall and UofL continues to expand.Louisville isn't an appreciation play, it's a cash flow play and I expect it to stay that way for a long time.
