Once that is completed, I will determine if I want to refinance the properties at their 10 year mark and continue to grow my portfolio, or start paying off balances and increase my cash flow for retirement. 

So you’ll have lower deductions in the future and owe all the taxes back if you ever sell without a 1031 exchange. 

I have used warfarin for 20 years and find there is rarely ever any smell.

My choice is Paridise Valley if you have teenagers.Gated communities have more Cons then Pros when your kids grow older in my life.

My insurance went up pretty significantly last year despite no claims ever and being inland away from hurricane and flood damage for the most part.

Househackers/ new investors will always gobble them up, giving you an escape hatch if you ever wanted it. 

I came across this case nearly a decade ago and in that time I’ve yet to find a single RE attorney, broker, agent or investor that has ever heard of it.

I can't say I've ever had any insurance claims, so I can't speak to that,  but they are very helpful and quick to answer questions or update my policies.
